The most common problems and the quickest fix.

1. The Buy button is disabled

   Your page has no checkout link yet. Connect Whop, then create the checkout in the project's Checkout step (or paste an existing Whop checkout link).

2. Whop will not connect

   Make sure you pasted the dashboard address that contains biz_. Use the Whop account that owns the company. If it still fails, press Disconnect Whop, then Connect Whop again. The message on the page tells you the reason Whop gave.

3. No sales on the dashboard

   Press Reconnect Whop on the Revenue card once so MOLANSIA can receive payment notices. Only new payments appear.

4. The product or video is taking long

   Products take several minutes and videos 8 to 15. You can leave the page. If a step fails, no credits are used and you can try again.

5. My domain does not work

   Check the CNAME name and value, wait up to an hour, then press Verify domain and SSL. Read the domain guide.

6. A link opened in the same tab

   Links that leave MOLANSIA (Whop, guides, public pages) open in a new tab. If your browser blocks pop-ups, allow them for molansia.com.
