1. Who is responsible

MOLANSIA (the "Operator") runs MOLANSIA and is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: support@molansia.com.

2. What we collect

Account: your e-mail address and sign-in activity. Your work: the ideas, texts, files, images, pages and videos you create or upload, and settings such as language and theme. Payments: we do not see card numbers. Whop tells us about payments (an amount, a payment id, a plan, an e-mail) so we can give you access and show your sales. Usage and security: technical logs (time, page, errors, an anonymous request id) to keep the service safe and working.

3. Why we use it

To run your account and the creative steps you ask for; to take and record payments through Whop; to e-mail you sign-in links, receipts and, for sellers, delivery links to buyers; to prevent abuse; to fix problems and improve MOLANSIA; and to meet legal duties.

4. Who receives it (processors)

Cloudflare (hosting, storage, database), Resend (e-mail sending), Whop (payments and your Whop account connection), and AI providers that process the text and images of the steps you start (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Replicate, ElevenLabs). They receive only what is needed for that step. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. Your buyers' data

If you sell with MOLANSIA, you are responsible for your buyers' personal data. We process a buyer's e-mail only to send the purchase and download link for you, and we delete that link when it expires.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data in several countries, including outside your own. We choose providers that use recognised safeguards for such transfers.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your account and files while your subscription is active and for 60 days after it ends (we email you before the end of that period); after that we delete the products, pages, pictures and videos we store for you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Some records (payments, security logs) are kept for as long as the law or our legitimate interests require, and backups are removed in the normal backup cycle.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, to object to or limit some uses, and to complain to your data protection authority. Write to support@molansia.com; we answer within 30 days.

9. Cookies and local storage

We only use what the service needs: a sign-in session cookie and a few settings stored in your browser (language, theme, recent choices). No advertising or tracking cookies. See the Cookies page.

10. Children

MOLANSIA is not for people under 18. If you think a child gave us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls and encrypted storage of connection tokens. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you suspect a problem.
