Terms of Service

1. What MOLANSIA is

MOLANSIA helps you turn an idea into a digital product (a PDF toolkit), a sales page, ads and a short video, using artificial intelligence. The service is run by MOLANSIA (the "Operator"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. You sign in with your e-mail address. Keep your sign-in links private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give accurate information.

3. What you may and may not do

Use MOLANSIA only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to create or sell content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive or fraudulent, that infringes someone else's rights, that gives medical, legal, tax or investment advice as if you were a licensed professional, or that promises results or income you cannot honestly deliver. You may not abuse, overload or attack the service, resell access to it, or try to get around limits and credits. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. AI-generated content

MOLANSIA uses AI services to write text, make images, voices and videos. AI can make mistakes, produce similar results for different people, or include inaccurate statements. You are responsible for reading, checking and editing everything before you publish or sell it, including claims, numbers, names and any use of a person's likeness. Videos with a presenter show an AI-generated person and must be presented as such where the law or the platform requires it.

5. Your content and your rights

You keep the rights you have in what you enter (your ideas, texts, uploads). As between you and us, you may use the products, pages, images and videos MOLANSIA makes for you for your business, including selling them, to the extent allowed by law and by the terms of the AI and font providers we use. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your content only to run the service for you. We do not sell your content.

6. Plans, credits and billing

Some steps use credits. Credits come with a subscription (monthly or yearly) or a plan given by MOLANSIA to your e-mail, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are used for the steps shown with their price before you confirm. A step that does not finish does not use credits. Credits granted by a plan are available while the plan is active. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; payments are handled by Whop, and cancelling stops the next renewal. We may change prices or credit amounts for future periods with notice. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

7. If you sell products

When you sell something you made with MOLANSIA, you are the seller. The sale is between you and your buyer; MOLANSIA is not a party to it. You are responsible for your product, your claims, taxes, consumer-law duties (including refunds and withdrawal rights), your own terms and privacy information, and for answering your buyers. Payments are processed by Whop through your own Whop account; MOLANSIA never holds your buyers' card details or your money. We may email a download link to your buyer on your behalf after a payment.

8. Other services we rely on

The service uses third parties such as Whop (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (e-mail), and AI providers (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Replicate and ElevenLabs). Their own terms apply to your use of their parts, and their outages can affect MOLANSIA.

9. Availability and no guarantee

We work to keep MOLANSIA running but provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will make you sales or income.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, MOLANSIA (the "Operator") is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost sales or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

11. Ending

You can stop using MOLANSIA at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we have to by law. Published pages may be taken offline when an account ends.

If a paid subscription ends, your products, pages, pictures and videos stay available for 60 days so you can renew or download them. We email you before this period ends. After 60 days we delete the files we store for you, and this cannot be undone. Pay-per-use records we must keep by law (payments, invoices) are kept as the law requires.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the dashboard or by e-mail. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

13. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where the Operator is established, and the mandatory consumer rules of your own country. Questions: support@molansia.com.
